Our luxury one-bed apartment, just 1km from Polis (10 minutes walk), is a brand new build situated on the quieter side of the Evagoras Gardens complex, which boasts a communal pool with showers, changing rooms and gardens.  You will see far reaching views of the hills, and nearby orange and olive trees when you draw back the curtains on the double-glazed patio door opening onto the private veranda.

This first floor apartment is easily accessible via stairs or lift. Relax on Italian leather sofas, and dine in style in the spacious lounge area. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine.  The beautifully tiled bathroom comes with a solid bath and shower unit over, to cater for everyone’s needs, plus cupboard space. There is access to the private veranda from both the lounge and bedroom, and if it gets just too hot, there is air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom areas.

This is a self-catering apartment, but you don’t have to worry about going without your British food favourites. There are two modern supermarkets within easy reach. The newest one – Papantoniou, recently opened in 2007 - is comparable to British supermarkets. Papantoniou is in Polis, opposite the Universal Bank, and adjacent to Petrolina petrol station.

There is parking for two cars on the ground floor, allocated to this apartment.
